Terms of Service

Pinspiration sells digital, downloadable travel maps — curated points of interest delivered as map files (e.g. KML/GeoJSON) and links to view them on your phone. Products are digital goods; nothing physical is shipped.

Pin counts, descriptions and imagery are provided for guidance. Places, opening hours and access can change; we make no guarantee that every listed spot is open or accessible at the time of your visit.

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and may be displayed in your local currency for convenience; the amount charged is confirmed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card details.

A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing error.

After successful payment you receive immediate access to download your map from the confirmation page and, where provided, by email. Download links are tied to your purchase.

Keep your confirmation email — it contains your access links. If you cannot access your files, contact us and we will restore access.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the map for your own travel. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence or publish the map files or their contents, in whole or in part.

Underlying geographic data is derived from open sources (e.g. OpenStreetMap, ODbL) and our own curation. Our curated selection, notes and presentation are our intellectual property.

The maps are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Always follow local laws, signage, private-property rules and safety guidance when travelling. We are not liable for decisions made using the maps.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of Poland.
