This policy explains how Pinspiration ("we"), operated by JCode Jonasz Wiącek, handles personal data when you use pinspiration.store or buy a map. We collect the minimum needed to run the store and improve the maps.
1. Data we process
Order data: your email address and purchase details, so we can deliver your files and provide support. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Usage data: privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics about how pages are used (e.g. which maps are viewed). Marketing/analytics cookies and pixels load only after you accept them in the consent banner.
If you have not accepted, we still count page views and on-page interactions (for example clicks on the buy button and how far a page is scrolled) anonymously and without cookies or local storage (Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog cookieless mode); no identifier is stored on your device and ad click IDs in links are masked.
Approximate location: derived from your IP country by our host to show prices in your local currency and to count visits and purchases per country in our analytics. This is a country code, not your city or precise location.
2. Why we process it (legal bases)
To perform our contract with you: process payments, deliver downloads and provide support.
With your consent: analytics and marketing cookies/pixels, which you can accept or decline in the banner and change at any time.
For our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the product using aggregated data.
3. Processors we use
Stripe (payment processing), our hosting/CDN provider (serving the site and delivering files), an email provider (sending your order confirmation), and privacy-focused analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own agreements.
4. Retention
We keep order and billing records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, and support records for as long as needed to help you. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR for EU/EEA users) you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for cookies at any time.
