Our maps are digital products delivered instantly. This policy explains your right of withdrawal and when we issue refunds.
1. Digital goods and the right of withdrawal
Because our maps are digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase and starting the download you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that item, as permitted under EU consumer law.
If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the files, you may still request cancellation and a full refund within 14 days.
2. When we refund anyway
We want you to be happy with your map. If a file is faulty, corrupted, will not download, or is materially not as described, contact us and we will fix it or issue a full refund.
Duplicate or accidental purchases are refunded on request.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@pinspiration.store with your order confirmation (or the email you used at checkout) and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
